Four ways that IT is changing innovation

  1. In productivity the human manual conducted IT is limited in many aspects, may I recommend to read (more) about the semantic web. The "trick" is to stop using "text-editors" and start using knowledge-editors. Rule based reasoning and full interoperbillity may sound scary but is necessary (IMHO). To days leaders and managers will with the right mind and tool-set be able to improve productivity. But that requires them to _study_ and understand the productivity enabling of machine helped knowledge technology. IT is only the first (stadardized) brick of KT.
