  1. Good article. I agree with his points on the importance of communication and connection as it is an excellent sign of success. In most industries this approach can prove to be of benefit for both the company/organization and those that rely on it. I don't know much about Rakuten, so it will be interesting to see what he brings to the table and how is plans come to fruition.
