This blog started as a supplement for my Economics of Information course at MIT. However, it has expanded beyond that purpose and certainly should not be interpreted as official MIT views.
Good article. I agree with his points on the importance of communication and connection as it is an excellent sign of success. In most industries this approach can prove to be of benefit for both the company/organization and those that rely on it. I don't know much about Rakuten, so it will be interesting to see what he brings to the table and how is plans come to fruition.
